Welcome to Montessori and Me Preschool! I began as an intern and completed the pre-primary Montessori training and acquired a Montessori Teaching Certificate from the Louisiana State Department of Education in 1995. I have also completed a course of study on the theory and practice of the Montessori Method of Education for pre-primary schools. I would like to provide your children with a wide range of meaningful experiences that empower them to explore their world. I want to help children gradually expand their knowledge, skills and watch them grow into confident and self-directed students of life. I want the children to progress through this program, grow in academic competence and master the essential life skills.

The staff Montessori & Me is attuned to the needs of each child. We feel that the children are the future, and they add great meaning to our lives. The staff members work as a team in an atmosphere of mutual respect. They will strive to make your children's experience an enriched learning time.
